Accommodation Rates - Central Coast Waterfront

2 bedroom, self contained apartment at "Binawee", Green Point on Brisbane Water

• Accommodation for one couple only $250.00 per night (staying in one bedroom)
• Extra couple $100.00 per night (or use of two bedrooms)
• Accommodation for up to 4 people maximum $350

General Accommodation Information:

• Check in time 3.00PM  (Other times available by arrangement)
• Check out time 10.30AM
• All indoor areas are non smoking.  Smoking is permitted on balconies and outside
• Couples accommodation, sorry children and pets not catered for (ask us about the local pet holiday facilities)
• Wheelchair access is not available due to the incline leading to the waters edge
• Tea & coffee making facilities and basic supplies are available
• Kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge and barbeque for guest use
• Quality linen provided
• Continental breakfast provisions provided for your first nights stay
• Private and exclusive use of Pool and Spa facilities
• Kayaks, lifejackets and oars provided for guest use upon signing a disclaimer

Terms & Conditions:

A deposit of one nights accommodation fee or the provision of credit card details will confirm your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable. A cancellation charge of one nights accommodation fee or 20% of the total accommodation fee (whichever is greater) will apply.

Deposits may be transferred to an alternative date by arrangment.

Central Coast Waterfront accepts payments in cash, Bankcard ,Visa and BBX Card.

By providing your credit card details you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and Authourising Central coast Waterfront to debit your card for any cancellation fees.

No refunds will be issued if your accommodation booking is cancelled within seven days of your arrival unless the room is re-booked.

POOL-SPA-KAYAK Disclaimer

Central Coast Waterfront - Business and Owners assumes no responsibility for accident, injury or other unforeseen event which may occur on the premises or in Kayaks or on the waterfront.  Watersport can be a high risk activity and very occasionally Kayaking can involve equipment that may break but every precaution has been taken to minimize the associated risks.

Loss of Equipment:  Guests will be charged at current replacement cost for loss of Like Jackets or Oars.

On arrival we request all guests to sign a disclaimer for the above.
